I had a great experience here! The doctor was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I felt comfortable during my visit, which is sometimes hard at a new clinic. The treatment started showing effects quickly, which was a relief. The only thing I wish was different is that they offered more evening appointments, as my schedule can be tight. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this dermatology practice! I was dealing with some frustrating acne issues and decided to make an appointment after reading the glowing reviews online. Dr. Johnson listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained my treatment options, which made me feel empowered about the decisions we made together. The treatment plan was customized just for me, and I could see improvements within a few weeks. The office itself is cozy, and they have a great system in place for scheduling appointments, which makes the process smooth. If I had to point out one small thing, I would say that the appointment reminders could be a bit more timely; I almost forgot my second visit!
