I’ve been banking here for a little over a year now, and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The staff is friendly and always greets me with a smile. I recently opened a savings account, and the interest rate they offered was much better than my previous bank. I also appreciate the fact that they are accessible, with ramps for those who need them. However, I find their hours to be quite limited; I often have to rearrange my schedule to make it in during the brief time they are open. If they could extend their hours, that would be fantastic! But the personal service and good rates they provide make it worthwhile.
