Dr. Kramer is truly a gem! I’ve been seeing her for my annual check-ups for the past few years, and she has always made me feel heard and cared for. Her bedside manner is exceptional; she explains everything in detail and answers all my questions patiently. The staff is also friendly and efficient, making the whole process easy. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that sometimes the wait times can be a bit longer than I’d like, but overall, it’s worth it for the quality of care I receive.
