I recently visited this dental office and had a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and attentive, which helped put my nerves at ease right away. My cleaning was thorough, and Dr. Palmer was nice and explained what he was doing every step of the way. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected before my appointment started. However, once I was in the chair, I could see why they are highly rated! Let me just say, I’ve always dreaded going to the dentist, but my recent visit to this practice has completely changed my perspective! The office is impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. I could tell that they prioritize hygiene and patient comfort, which is so important. Dr. Palmer has a great bedside manner; he really takes the time to listen to your concerns and answers all your questions thoroughly. I was impressed with the technology they used for x-rays—super fast and less radiation than I’ve experienced at other places. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel like I was in good hands. The only thing I would suggest is maybe offering some complimentary beverages for patients waiting a little longer; it would be a great touch! I've had my fair share of dental experiences, but my visit to this office truly stood out. Dr. Palmer took the time to explain everything he was doing during my cleaning, which I appreciated immensely. He was thorough but gentle, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The hygienist was fantastic too, and she made sure to check in with me regularly to see if I was doing okay. One minor suggestion I would make is for them to consider adding a few more magazines in the waiting area; I noticed there weren’t many options. Overall, I left feeling like I had received top-notch care and can’t wait for my next appointment!
