I had a delightful visit to this charming museum! The exhibits are well-curated, offering fascinating insights into the Prohibition era. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. I appreciated the interactive displays, which added a fun twist. The only minor drawback was the limited hours; I wish it was open more days a week! Still, I highly recommend it for anyone interested in history.

I recently visited this lovely museum and was pleasantly surprised by the wealth of information it offers. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a staff member who was more than happy to answer my questions. The exhibits are thoughtfully arranged, showcasing the life and times of Andrew J. Volstead and the era of Prohibition. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into preserving this piece of history! I particularly enjoyed the multimedia installations that made the learning experience more engaging. However, I did feel that some areas could use a bit more signage for context, especially for those who might not be as familiar with the subject matter. Overall, I left with a greater appreciation for the complexities of our past and would highly recommend this museum to anyone in the area. If you have a couple of hours to spare, this spot is definitely worth your time!

What a hidden gem! I stumbled upon this museum during a weekend trip and was genuinely impressed. The layout is easy to navigate, and each room showcases different aspects of the house’s history and the life of Andrew J. Volstead himself. I learned so much about the significance of the Volstead Act and its impact on American society. The guide, who has a passion for history, shared captivating stories that brought the exhibits to life. The museum also features some original artifacts that are just amazing to see up close. The only thing I would suggest is having a small café or snack area for visitors to enjoy while they relax and reflect on what they’ve learned. Nevertheless, this place is a must-visit for any history lover!
