I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Capasso, and I have to say, I was incredibly impressed! From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The waiting area was tidy and comfortable, which is definitely a plus when you’re feeling a bit anxious about a doctor's visit. Dr. Capasso himself was very approachable and spent ample time listening to my concerns. I appreciated how he didn’t rush through our consultation; instead, he took the time to explain my health issues in detail and offered practical solutions. I also liked that he encouraged me to ask questions, which I found very helpful. The only minor hiccup was that I had to wait about 20 minutes past my appointment time, but it was understandable given the thorough care he provides to each patient. Overall, I feel confident in my decision to choose him as my primary care physician. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate internist, I highly recommend giving him a visit. I cannot express how much I appreciate Dr. Capasso and his team. From the first visit, they made me feel comfortable and valued. Dr. Capasso has a great way of explaining complex medical issues in a way that’s easy to understand. I had a couple of tests done, and he followed up promptly with the results, which relieved a lot of my anxiety. The only thing I wish is that they were open on weekends, as it can be hard to find time during the week. Otherwise, I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for someone who truly cares about your health!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Capasso for a few months now, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. He really takes the time to understand his patients, and I appreciate his straightforward approach. During my last visit, he helped me manage my ongoing health issue by adjusting my treatment plan based on my feedback. The staff is friendly, and the facility has a relaxed vibe that makes the whole experience much better than what I’ve experienced at other places. However, I did experience a bit of a delay on one occasion, which was frustrating. But I suppose that shows how committed he is to each patient. Overall, I’m very pleased and would recommend him to anyone looking for a thorough, caring internist!
