I had an amazing experience recently! From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Dr. Kollipara took the time to listen to all my concerns and thoroughly explained every step of my examination. I felt comfortable and reassured. The consultation rooms were clean, and the atmosphere was calm and professional. I also appreciated the fact that the doctor provided me with a detailed treatment plan and answered all of my questions without rushing. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps a bit more seating in the waiting area, as it can get a little crowded during peak hours. Overall, I left feeling optimistic about my health and was grateful for the attentive care I received!

I appreciated that she didn’t rush through the appointment, which made me feel valued as a patient. The office itself was well-organized and clean, although I did notice that the waiting time was a bit longer than I had anticipated—around 30 minutes. It would be great if they could streamline the process a little more. Nonetheless, the quality of care I received made it well worth the wait. I left feeling more informed about my health and confident in the doctor's advice, and I would certainly recommend her to others!

I had my first visit to this medical practice last week, and overall, it was a positive experience. The office is conveniently located, which was a plus. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a cheerful receptionist who quickly checked me in. Dr. Kollipara was wonderful; she has a warm demeanor that instantly put me at ease. During my appointment, she took the time to listen to my concerns, and I felt heard. The medical advice she provided was practical and straightforward, which I appreciated. One aspect I think could improve is the follow-up process; I didn't receive any communication after my visit, which left me a bit uncertain about the next steps for my care. Nonetheless, I felt very well taken care of during my appointment, and I believe I’m in good hands moving forward. I look forward to continuing my care here and hope to see a bit of enhancement in their follow-up communication!
