I took my daughter for her annual check-up, and I was really impressed with how friendly everyone was. The nurse was gentle while taking her vitals, and Dr. Lewis was great with kids; he made my daughter laugh, which helped ease her nerves. I appreciated how he explained everything in a way she could understand! The office is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. My only concern was that the appointment scheduling took longer than I expected, but once we were in, everything went smoothly. As a new parent, I was a bit nervous about finding the right pediatrician, but I feel incredibly lucky to have found this place. My baby had her first visit last week, and the experience was top-notch. The receptionist was welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. Our doctor, Dr. Thompson, was amazing! Not only was she thorough in her examination, but she also took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial they seemed. I loved that she provided helpful tips on newborn care and even some insights into developmental milestones we could look forward to. The only issue I encountered was that the office didn’t have a changing table in the restroom, which would have been super convenient for new parents. However, it didn’t overshadow the quality of care we received. I’m excited to continue bringing my little one back as she grows!

I’ve been bringing my kids here for over three years now, and I can't say enough about how wonderful this practice is! The doctors truly take the time to understand each child's individual needs. My son has some chronic health issues, and the care team has been so supportive every step of the way. They provide a personalized approach, which is hard to find these days. I especially appreciate the follow-up calls after appointments to check in on how he’s doing. The office is bright and inviting, making visits less daunting for the kids. While the phone lines can get busy during peak hours, I always receive a call back, and they do their best to accommodate us for same-day appointments when necessary. I also think they could benefit from expanding their operating hours to include weekends, as it would be helpful for working parents. Overall, we are very happy with the service and care provided here!
