I can't say enough good things about my experience at this facility. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and care from the staff were evident. My grandmother has been a resident for the past six months, and I am so relieved to see how happy and engaged she is. The activities program is stellar! My father has been living at this place for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with the level of care he receives. The staff is incredibly attentive and always goes above and beyond to make sure he’s comfortable. The nursing team is great at communicating with us about his health and any changes we should be aware of. I’ve seen a lot of improvement in his overall happiness since moving here. I also appreciate the variety of activities—they really encourage residents to stay active and engaged. The only thing that could improve is the speed of responses during busy hours; sometimes I’ve noticed it takes a bit longer for staff to attend to requests. However, the overall experience has been very positive, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones.
