I can't say enough good things about my experience at this endodontics office! From the very first interaction when I scheduled my appointment, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The receptionist helped me with my insurance questions, which made the process much easier. When I arrived, I was taken in right away, and Dr. Brown introduced himself with a warm smile. He explained everything in detail and ensured I was comfortable before starting the root canal. During the procedure, he and his assistant were so attentive, checking in on my comfort level frequently. I appreciated their thoroughness and the state-of-the-art technology they used. The whole process was surprisingly quick—definitely quicker than I had anticipated!
