I've been a customer for a few years now, and overall, I’m quite happy with my experience. The tellers are always courteous, and they have a good range of services that cater to both personal and business needs. I recently had to resolve an issue regarding a transaction, and the representative took the time to investigate thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the process. It's nice to feel important as a customer. On the downside, I do wish their ATM network was a bit more extensive; I often find myself looking for a nearby machine and having to pay fees. Also, the wait times can be a little long during peak hours, but I guess that’s a trade-off when the service is this good. Overall, I would definitely recommend this bank to anyone looking for dependable banking services!
