The staff was friendly and helpful; they even showed me how to use the app for tracking my laundry. I appreciated the variety of machines available, from large capacity washers to gentle cycles for delicates, which made it easy to get everything done in one trip. The drying machines were efficient, and I was thrilled to see that my clothes came out looking and smelling fresh. My only minor complaint would be that I wish they had more folding tables available; it can get crowded during peak times.
