I’ve been visiting this practice for a couple of years now, and overall my experiences have been great! Dr. Basil is knowledgeable and has a very calming presence. He makes sure to address all my concerns, which I truly appreciate. The reception team is also very helpful and friendly. My only critique would be that sometimes it’s a bit hard to get through on the phone during peak hours, so a bit more availability there could enhance the experience. That said, I would definitely recommend them for family health needs!
