After years of avoiding the dentist due to anxiety, I finally found a place that made me feel relaxed and respected. They offered me a warm blanket and even had soothing music playing in the background, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Smith was attentive and kind, addressing all my concerns with patience. The facility itself is modern and well-kept, which adds to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated their approach to preventative care; they didn’t push any unnecessary treatments but made suggestions for maintaining my dental health instead. My only suggestion for improvement would be to streamline the check-in process a bit, as I had to wait longer than I expected to be seen. Nonetheless, it was a great first visit, and I’m looking forward to returning for my next cleaning in six months!
