I cannot say enough good things about my experience here! The staff was super friendly and helped me find the perfect hot tub for my small backyard. I love the variety they offer, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. Installation was a breeze, and I was in my hot tub soaking within a week of purchase. Honestly, it's been a game changer for my relaxation routine! I do wish they had more weekend hours, though; I had to rush over on my day off, and it would be nice to have more flexibility. The installation team was courteous and quick. My only little feedback is the waiting area could use some more seating, as it was a bit crowded when I visited.
