I’ve been a member for a couple of years now, and I really appreciate the community feel of this credit union. The staff is always welcoming and genuinely interested in assisting me with my financial needs. They helped me set up an auto loan, and the process was smooth and straightforward. I also love the fact that they offer financial education workshops; I attended one last month and found it incredibly informative. It’s nice to see a financial institution that cares about educating its members! However, I do wish their hours were a bit more accommodating. I often find it challenging to make it in during the day due to my work schedule. Maybe a few later hours during the week could help serve those of us with 9-to-5 jobs better. Despite this minor issue, I’m very satisfied with my overall experience.
