As a parent of three, I’ve been to my fair share of pediatricians, and I have to say, this place stands out. The doctors here are knowledgeable and genuinely care about both the children and their families. During our last visit, Dr. Lee took the time to discuss my youngest’s frequent ear infections. He provided us with a plan that included preventive measures and even recommended some natural remedies to try at home. The nurses are equally impressive; they are patient and answer all my questions with a smile, which is so comforting during those stressful visits. One thing I would suggest is improving the appointment scheduling process. I’ve noticed it can be a bit difficult to get through on the phone, especially during peak hours. Also, the office can use a bit of a facelift—some fresh decor would make it feel even more welcoming. Nonetheless, I’m grateful to have found such a supportive and caring team for my children’s health.

I can't say enough good things about our experience here! As a parent, finding a pediatrician who truly connects with kids is essential, and the staff here is phenomenal. While I appreciate the thoroughness of the appointments, I did find that scheduling can be a bit tricky; it seems that certain times fill up quickly. Maybe they could look into expanding their hours or having more availability during peak times. I had a wonderful experience here! The staff are super friendly, and they always make my kids feel comfortable. The waiting room is a bit small, which can get crowded, but overall, it’s a great place for pediatric care.
