I had a pretty good experience at the auto body shop after I got into a minor accident. The team was professional, and they provided a detailed quote which I really appreciated. They explained everything clearly, and I felt like they were honest about what needed to be done. My car was repaired within the time they promised, and it looks amazing! However, I did notice that the paint job seemed a bit off in a small area – it wasn't as smooth as I expected, but they assured me I could bring it back if there were any issues. They genuinely seem to care about their work and customer satisfaction. Overall, I would definitely rate them a solid four stars; just a little fine-tuning needed on the paintwork. I would still recommend them for their great customer service!

I recently had some work done on my car at Trolio's Auto Body and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the repair process to me, which really eased my mind about leaving my car in their hands. I had a significant dent in my passenger door and they managed to fix it up perfectly. You wouldn't even know there was an issue before! The quality of their work is just top-notch. They also had my car ready ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. The only tiny downside was that the waiting area could use a few more comfortable seats, but that’s really a minor detail compared to the fantastic service. Overall, I'm definitely giving them a five-star review and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. If you're in need of auto body work, this is the place to go!

I can't say enough good things about my experience at this auto body shop! After a recent fender bender, I was feeling stressed and unsure where to take my car. A friend recommended this place and I decided to give it a try. The staff was incredibly friendly and took care of everything for me, from the initial estimate to the final touches before I picked up my car. I appreciated their constant communication throughout the whole process. They even sent me updates via text, which I found very convenient. When I got my car back, it looked superb! The paint matched perfectly, and they even cleaned the interior which was a nice touch. The only thing I would suggest is extending their weekend hours, as it can be tough to get there during the week with my work schedule. Regardless, I highly recommend this shop for anyone needing auto body repairs!

What a fantastic experience! I took my car to this auto body shop after some unfortunate hail damage, and I am beyond impressed with the results. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the repair process. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair and handed my car back looking like brand new! I particularly liked their attention to detail: I found my car cleaned and vacuumed, which was a wonderful surprise. The only suggestion I would make is for them to possibly offer some refreshments in the waiting area, just to make the wait a bit more enjoyable. But honestly, that’s just a small thing compared to the excellent service I received. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of auto body work!
