My visit to this establishment was quite refreshing! I walked in, and the staff greeted me immediately, which set a positive tone for my shopping experience. I was looking to upgrade my phone and was pleasantly surprised by their extensive selection. The representative I worked with was patient and thorough, explaining the various features and helping me find the perfect device that fits my needs. I also appreciate that they took the time to explain the different plans available and helped me choose one that works for my usage. However, I did notice that they were a bit understaffed during peak hours, which caused a little delay in getting assisted. Despite that, I left feeling valued and excited about my new phone.
