I had an excellent experience at this store when I went in to troubleshoot some issues with my current phone. The staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a few options to resolve it, even suggesting a phone that would be a better fit for my lifestyle! I really appreciated the way they took the time to walk me through the features of the new phone, ensuring I understood everything before making a decision. While I left with a great device, I would suggest they consider offering more accessories in-store, as I had to go elsewhere for a case. Nevertheless, I couldn’t be happier with my new phone and the service I received. This is definitely my go-to spot from now on for any tech needs!
