I visited this cell phone store for the first time, and overall, I had a positive experience. The staff was approachable and eager to assist. I was particularly impressed with how patient they were when I had a million questions about different phones. They helped me find exactly what I needed and even helped set up my new device right there. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe have more staff during peak hours, as I did notice some waiting time. Still, I left feeling really good about my purchase and would return in the future!

The store was well-organized and had a variety of accessories, which made it easy to find a phone case I liked. The only downside was that the store was a bit busy, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being attended to, but it was worth it for the attentive service.
