I had such a positive experience at this cell phone store! Jen helped me out, and I couldn't have asked for better assistance. She patiently walked me through all the plans and phones, making sure I selected the best one for my needs. I loved how she emphasized the features I would actually use rather than just pushing the latest model. The atmosphere was friendly, and the store was well-organized, making it easy to navigate. My only small critique is that the store could use a little more seating for customers waiting, but honestly, it was so worth it for the level of service I received!

I recently visited this location to upgrade my phone, and I was blown away by the level of service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I felt no pressure at all while browsing different devices. Jen, the representative who assisted me, took the time to explain all my options, answer my questions, and even helped me transfer data from my old phone to the new one! What really stood out was the attention to detail she showed. I also appreciated that they offer curbside pickup, which is a fantastic option for busy days. The only thing I wish was different is their weekend hours; I think they could open a bit earlier. That said, I had a great experience overall and would gladly recommend this place to anyone in need of a new phone.

During my recent visit to this store, I was impressed by the overall experience I had while trying to replace my old phone. The staff members were attentive and knowledgeable, especially Jen, who patiently walked me through various options without rushing me. I appreciated the genuine effort she put into ensuring I was comfortable with my choice. On top of that, the store's layout made it easy to find what I was looking for. One thing I noticed, however, was that it could get a bit crowded, especially on weekends. A bit more staff during peak times could improve the flow. Still, I walked out feeling confident about my purchase, thanks to their help.

I popped in to grab a new phone, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received! The staff was super friendly and really knowledgeable about the different models. I ended up getting a fantastic deal on a phone that was perfect for me. The only downside was that there was a minor wait to get help, but once I did, everything was smooth. Overall, a great experience that I would recommend to anyone needing a new device!
