I can't say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere set the tone for my visits. My therapist took the time to thoroughly evaluate my condition and create a personalized treatment plan. I appreciated how they explained the purpose behind every exercise, which helped me understand my recovery journey. I also enjoyed the layout of the facility; it’s spacious and organized. That said, I wish they had a few more evening appointments available because my schedule is pretty tight. Still, I was always impressed by the level of care and attention I received. This facility is fantastic! I've been going for a few months now, and I've seen significant improvements in my mobility. The staff is highly professional and genuinely care about their patients. The exercises they guide you through are tailored to your needs, which I found really helpful. I did have some minor scheduling issues, as I often found it difficult to get an appointment at a convenient time, but the staff always did their best to accommodate me. I came here after an injury and was really impressed by the professionalism of the staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and crafted a plan that suited my recovery needs. The environment is warm and welcoming, which made the experience a lot less daunting. I especially liked that they had a variety of equipment and therapy options. However, I do think they could improve their appointment scheduling system, as I had to wait longer than expected on a couple of occasions. Still, I've made great strides in my recovery and feel much more confident moving forward.
