I had a great experience at the physical therapy clinic! I was referred here after a knee surgery, and I must say, the staff really made my rehabilitation journey enjoyable and productive. The facilities are well-equipped, and I loved that they utilized a variety of machines and techniques to aid recovery. My therapist was fantastic—very patient and encouraging, which helped me stay motivated, especially on days when I was feeling a bit discouraged. I also appreciated the focus on education; I learned a lot about my body and how to take better care of it. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I found the booking system a bit confusing at times. There were a couple of instances where my appointments weren't confirmed, leading to some frustration. However, the team was very understanding and worked to rectify the situation quickly. Overall, I made significant progress and felt supported throughout my journey. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy. They really helped me regain my confidence and mobility, which has made a huge difference in my daily life!
