The only minor issue I encountered was that sometimes the waiting area can get a bit crowded, especially on weekdays. However, it’s a small price to pay for such great service. I’ve been blown away by the service here! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping you find the right hearing aids. They took their time explaining everything and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I can't thank them enough for their patience and support. The only downside is that they’re closed on weekends, which would have been more convenient for my schedule.
