I had a great experience at this auto restoration service! I brought in my SUV for some upholstery repairs after my kids had done a number on it. The team was friendly and really listened to my concerns about the mess. They suggested some stain-resistant fabrics that I never would've thought of, and I appreciate their expertise. The turnaround time was reasonable, and I was thrilled with how clean everything looked once it was done. The only criticism I have is that they didn’t communicate with me as frequently as I would’ve liked during the process. I would’ve appreciated a quick update here and there. I just got my car's interior redone here, and it looks incredible! The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain the different options available. I decided to go with a custom design, and the results are fantastic! My seats have never looked better, and they feel amazing. The craftsmanship is evident in every stitch. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps offering a few more color samples, as I found it a bit challenging to choose from the limited options available. But overall, the service was excellent, and the turnaround time was spot on. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family who are considering upholstery work. Truly a five-star experience!
