I had a great experience at this auto repair shop! I was greeted right away and the staff was super helpful, especially when I asked about tire alignment. They explained the process, and I really felt like I was in good hands. Plus, the shop was clean and organized, which is always a good sign. I did notice the parking was a bit tight, but I managed to find a spot. I will be coming back for sure, and I’m glad to support a business that’s LGBTQ+ friendly!

I took my car in for some routine maintenance and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service. The mechanics really know what they’re doing and took the time to explain the different services they offer. I ended up getting an oil change and a quick inspection, and they even pointed out a couple of things that might need attention down the line. That being said, I felt like they could have been a little clearer about the pricing upfront— it wasn't anything outrageous, but a bit more transparency would have been nice. I felt like they genuinely cared about my car and not just the bottom line. They even found some minor issues that I was unaware of and recommended feasible solutions without pressuring me to get them done immediately, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I noticed they even had a gender-neutral restroom! The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected due to a busy schedule that day, but honestly, the quality of service made it worth it. I stopped by for a quick tire check and ended up getting an oil change as well. The service was prompt, and the mechanic was very knowledgeable. They showed me the old oil and explained why it was time for a change. My only little issue was that the waiting area could use a bit more seating— it got crowded during my visit. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return for future repairs.

What a fantastic experience! I went in for an oil change and was amazed by how quickly everything was done. The staff was super friendly and you could tell they knew their stuff. I really appreciated their transparency— they let me know I needed a new air filter, but they didn’t pressure me into making a decision on the spot. The shop was tidy, and I loved that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance. It's refreshing to find a place that values inclusivity. I can't recommend this place enough!
