My experience at this auto repair shop was really positive. I came in without an appointment on a busy Monday, and even though they were packed, the staff was accommodating and fit me in for a quick brake check. The mechanic was knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done without being pushy. I appreciated their honesty and fair pricing. It’s refreshing to find a place where you don’t feel like you’re being upsold on unnecessary work. The only downside was the waiting area could use a few more chairs, as it got a bit crowded. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shop to friends and family!

I’ve had my fair share of auto repair shops, but this one truly stands out! I brought my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable; they walked me through what needed to be addressed and gave me great advice on maintaining my vehicle. The waiting area was comfortable, and they had complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. I was impressed by how efficiently they conducted the service; I barely had to wait. They also provided a comprehensive vehicle checkup and offered insights into potential future services without any pressure. The mechanic was very informative and took the time to answer all of my questions, which I greatly appreciated. The pricing was fair, and I felt confident knowing my car was in good hands. My only suggestion would be for them to expand their hours to include Saturdays, as it would help those of us with busy weekday schedules. Still, I highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and excellent customer service!
