I recently took my car in for some routine maintenance, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. I had several questions regarding some unusual car noises, and they took the time to listen and address my concerns. They even offered a free inspection on top of the regular oil change, which was a nice bonus. The garage is well-organized, which gave me confidence in their work. My only critique would be that the estimated wait time was a bit longer than I expected. I was there for about two hours instead of the one I was initially told. As someone who knows little about cars, I often feel overwhelmed when it’s time for repairs, but the team here made everything so easy for me! They explained what needed to be done in layman's terms, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was genuinely helpful. I also loved that they had complimentary snacks and drinks while I waited. The only downside was that parking can be a bit tight during peak hours, so it’s best to arrive early. Overall, I had a great experience and will be recommending this place to my friends. They have gained a loyal customer in me!
