I recently became a member, and I have to say, the experience has been fantastic! The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about helping you with your financial needs. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they processed my application for an auto loan—it was almost effortless! The rates are quite competitive compared to other places I’ve looked into as well. The only downside was that I wish their Saturday hours were a bit more accommodating, as my work schedule can be hectic. I had been thinking about switching from my previous bank to a credit union, and I'm so glad I chose this one! The representatives are always prompt and efficient; they handled my loan application in no time. I felt like they had my best interests at heart, which is something I hadn't experienced before. The only thing I can critique is their limited hours on weekends, which can make it tough for those of us who work weekdays. I wish they had extended hours for working folks. I’ve been banking with this credit union for a little over a year now, and I can honestly say it’s been a positive experience overall. The online banking platform is user-friendly, which makes it easy to check my balance, transfer funds, and pay bills without any hassle. I also really appreciated the time the staff took to explain the various savings accounts and options available to me; they were patient and knowledgeable. However, I did encounter a wait time during my last visit, which was a bit frustrating. It would be great if they could find a way to streamline the in-person service a little more. Despite that, I feel comfortable and secure managing my finances here, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with them!

I opened an account here after hearing some good recommendations, and I must say, the positive feedback was well-deserved! The staff are not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their products. I was particularly impressed with how they walked me through the different loan options and helped me find the best fit for my needs. Their attention to detail made a huge difference! I did notice, however, that the parking lot can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which might require you to park further away. It’s a minor inconvenience compared to the great service I received.
