What a delightful experience I had at this cosmetics store! I was in search of a new foundation, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They took the time to match my skin tone perfectly, which is always a gamble in other stores but not here! The atmosphere was calm and inviting, which made the shopping experience even more enjoyable. I ended up trying a few products and left with a fantastic foundation and a lovely lip balm that I can’t stop using. My only little suggestion would be to have more seating available for those who may want to try products with friends. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchases and the exceptional service I received. I have thick, curly hair that can be challenging to manage, but the staff helped me find a fantastic leave-in conditioner that has made my hair more manageable and healthy-looking. They even offered a free sample of a styling cream that I absolutely love! The store itself is beautifully designed, with a clean and tranquil vibe that made me want to spend hours exploring all the different offerings. I also appreciated that they have eco-friendly packaging for many of their products, which is a huge plus for me. My only suggestion would be to have a few more testers available for the makeup products, as I felt a bit hesitant to buy without trying first.
