I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this processing center! As someone who’s been hunting for years, I’ve used various places, but this one truly stands out. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, instantly putting me at ease. They took the time to explain the different processing options and even suggested some great recipes for the cuts I chose. I had them make a variety of sausages and ground meat, and I was thrilled with the flavors—they were perfectly seasoned and so fresh! The facility was spotless, which is really important to me. My only slight improvement suggestion would be to have a clearer communication on when to expect the processed meat to be ready. I was given a rough estimate, but a little more detail would have been appreciated. Nevertheless, the end product made up for any uncertainty! I can’t wait to share these delicious meats with my friends and family at our upcoming gatherings. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future processing needs; this place is a gem!
