I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call a few days later saying my heels were ready. When I picked them up, I was thrilled! They looked as good as new, and the repair was flawless. I felt like I could wear them out on a night out, which was my initial goal. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve the seating area while you wait. It felt a little cramped, but honestly, the service more than made up for it. I can't recommend them enough if you need your shoes fixed!
