My only suggestion would be to perhaps expand their showroom hours a little to accommodate those of us who can only visit in the evenings or on weekends. I’m thrilled with my kitchen remodel! The team was friendly and professional, and they really brought my vision to life. My only concern was a small miscommunication regarding the backsplash design; it was ultimately resolved, but a little more clarity in the beginning would have been appreciated. My only piece of constructive feedback would be that they could improve their response time to emails, as I sometimes found myself waiting longer than expected for replies.
