As someone who knows next to nothing about cars, I was apprehensive about going to an auto repair shop. However, my experience here was very positive. The staff took the time to explain the repair process to me, which was refreshing. They replaced my brakes and even showed me the old parts to help me understand what had worn out. While the service was excellent, I did find it slightly pricey compared to other shops in the area, but considering the thoroughness of their work, I think it’s worth it. They also offer a great warranty on their repairs, which gives me peace of mind. Additionally, I appreciated the clean and organized environment; it made me feel like I was in good hands. My only suggestion would be for them to add more coffee options in the waiting area – a little coffee goes a long way in making the wait feel shorter! Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely return when my car needs servicing again.
