I've been a customer for several years and have had mostly positive experiences. The tellers are always courteous and efficient, which is great for someone like me who is always on the go. I appreciate the variety of services offered, from personal accounts to business needs. Recently, I had an issue with my online banking but the customer service was prompt and resolved everything quickly. One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that sometimes the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours. If they could improve on that, it would be perfect. Still, I trust them with my banking needs.
