I have been a customer at this bank for several years, and I can say that my experience has been mostly positive. The drive-thru service is efficient, and I've rarely had to wait long to complete my transactions. The staff at the counter are generally helpful, and I appreciate how they take the time to explain different banking products when asked. However, I did have one frustrating experience when I tried to open a new account, and the process took longer than expected. It might be helpful if they had more staff available during peak times to assist customers. That said, I do love the convenience of the location and have found their online services to be quite user-friendly and reliable. Overall, a solid bank with room for improvement!

I recently had a good experience at this bank, although it had its ups and downs. The staff were friendly and guided me through my transactions with patience. I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes, which wasn't ideal, but once I got to the counter, I felt valued as a customer. I particularly appreciated the wheelchair accessibility features; it made my visit much easier. One area for improvement would be to increase their operating hours, especially on weekends. Since I'm only able to visit during weekends, it would be great if they could extend those hours a bit. Nevertheless, I left feeling satisfied and will continue banking here.
