As a long-time customer, I’ve seen quite a few ups and downs with this bank. However, I must say that my last visit was exceptional! The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to address my questions. I had some complex issues with my account, and they patiently walked me through everything. Plus, the fact that they have a drive-thru ATM makes it so convenient for quick transactions. It’s especially useful when I’m in a rush. While I appreciate the friendly service, I do wish the operating hours were a little more flexible. Closing at 4 PM on weekdays is tough for those of us who are working. Still, they’ve really improved their customer service compared to previous experiences, and I genuinely feel valued as a customer. I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for a caring team that truly wants to help.
