I have been using this bank for a few months now, and I have to say it’s pretty solid! The staff is consistently friendly, and I appreciate the drive-thru service when I’m in a hurry. Every time I’ve visited, they’ve been quick to help me with deposits and inquiries. The only downside I’ve experienced is the limited hours on weekdays, which makes it tricky for me since I work during the day. If they could extend their hours, that would be amazing. Overall, though, I’m happy with the banking experience here, and it has met my expectations so far.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to this bank! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming. The staff greeted me with smiles and were eager to assist. I had a couple of questions about my account, and Jessica, the representative who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even offered me advice on managing my finances more effectively. I particularly appreciated how accessible the location is; the wheelchair-accessible entrances and parking made it easy for my elderly mother to accompany me. Although the bank closes quite early, I did find the drive-thru ATM very convenient. However, it would be nice if they could extend their hours a bit, especially during weekdays. Overall, this branch is doing a fantastic job, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for personalized service and a friendly environment!

I recently opened a new account at this location and had a pretty good experience overall! The staff were attentive and friendly, which made the process smooth. My banker was really efficient, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me find the right account for my needs. The drive-thru ATM is a nice touch for quick transactions, especially since I’m usually on the go.
