As someone who has visited multiple branches, I have to say that this bank has a few standout features that make it worthwhile. First off, the staff members are friendly and really seem to care about helping customers. The atmosphere inside is warm and inviting, not what you'd expect from a bank! I also loved the fact that they have a drive-thru ATM, which is a lifesaver on my busy days. However, I did notice that the wait times can be a little long on weekday mornings, which can be frustrating. If they could improve that aspect, I'd definitely rate it higher.
