I recently went to this bank for a personal loan, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the process! The loan officer was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without rushing me. I appreciated the fact that she took the time to explain the different options available to me. I also loved the drive-thru ATM – it was quick and convenient, especially since I was on a tight schedule that day. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected to see the loan officer because there were a couple of people ahead of me. But once I got in, everything went smoothly! Just wanted to share my experience at this location – it was exceptional! I needed help with a routing issue and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was assisted. The teller was friendly and made sure I understood the steps to resolve my problem. I also took advantage of the drive-thru ATM while I was there; it was super efficient! The only thing I'd suggest is maybe having more employees during peak hours to reduce wait times, but overall, I left feeling very pleased. Such a relief to have a bank that prioritizes good customer service!

I had a seamless experience at this bank today! I stopped by to open a new account, and the whole process was surprisingly quick. The representative was friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. I loved that they had various account options, and she helped me choose the one that fit my needs best. The atmosphere inside was nice and calm, making it easy to focus on the paperwork. However, I did notice that the parking lot could use some better signage; it was a bit confusing at first to find my way around.
