I had a great experience at this bank! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with my account setup. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain everything in detail. The only thing I wish is that they had longer hours on weekends, as it can be tough to get there during the week. Visiting this bank was a pleasant surprise! I had expected a mundane experience, but the staff made it quite enjoyable. The teller I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about opening a new account. I also utilized their drive-thru ATM, and it was well-maintained and efficient. One thing I noticed was the seating area inside could be a bit more inviting; it felt kind of bare. However, the overall service and professionalism of the staff really made up for it. It's nice to know I can count on them when I need assistance, and I will definitely continue banking here!
