Visiting this bank was a surprisingly good experience. I was expecting the usual long wait times, but I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. They greeted me promptly and got straight to the point when I needed assistance with my loan application. The associate was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain the process thoroughly, which made me feel more confident about my decisions. I also loved the drive-thru ATM; it’s incredibly convenient when I’m in a rush. However, I do think the opening hours could be improved. Closing at 5 PM on weekdays can be a challenge for those of us with regular jobs. If they could extend the hours or even offer a few more Saturday options, that would be amazing! Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable banking option.

I visited this bank last week to open a business account and was very impressed. The staff was attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. I've been using this bank for a while now, and I can say that the service is generally good. The tellers are friendly, and I appreciate how they know many of their customers by name. I recently had to troubleshoot a problem with an online payment, and the representative was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the steps to resolve it. I do think the technology at the ATMs could use a little updating, as I’ve experienced some glitches. However, the convenience of the drive-thru service really makes up for it.
