I had to make a deposit and ask a couple of questions regarding my account, and the representative was knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. The drive-thru ATM is also a great feature; it’s incredibly convenient for quick transactions without needing to park and go inside. However, I do think the hours could be improved. Closing at 5 PM on weekdays doesn’t suit everyone, especially those working traditional hours. I would love to see extended hours on certain weekdays. Overall, though, the service and convenience have kept me coming back, and I would recommend this bank to anyone looking for reliable banking options.
