I can't say enough good things about my experience here! The staff is truly exceptional; they went above and beyond to assist me with my loan application. I’ve been a client of this bank for several years and I keep coming back because of the great customer service. Last week, I walked in to discuss my savings account options, and I was pleasantly surprised. The representative I spoke with was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to understand my financial goals. She recommended a couple of accounts that fit perfectly with my needs. I did notice that the branch could use a little updating; some areas seemed a bit worn down. However, the staff’s warm and welcoming approach more than made up for that. I also enjoy the drive-thru ATM as it’s super convenient, especially when I’m in a hurry. I always leave feeling secure about my finances and supported by the team. Overall, I’d give them a solid thumbs up!

I recently switched my banking to this location, and I have to say it’s been a mostly positive experience! The tellers are friendly and efficient, which makes transactions quick and easy. I really appreciate the drive-thru ATM; it’s perfect for my busy schedule. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to improve the wait times during peak hours as they can get quite crowded.
