As a long-time customer, I have to say that my experiences at this bank have generally been positive. The staff has always been professional, friendly, and eager to assist with any inquiries I have. I especially appreciate how knowledgeable the tellers are; they’ve guided me through various processes, from setting up my online banking to explaining different account options. Additionally, I find the drive-thru ATM incredibly convenient, allowing me to complete transactions without having to go inside, especially during busy hours. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes the wait times can be a bit longer than expected, likely due to the number of customers using the drive-thru. If they could streamline that a bit more, it would make my visits even better. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with my banking experience and I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the team here.

I recently switched to this bank after hearing good things from friends, and I have to say, I’m impressed! The staff here is incredibly welcoming and helpful. I walked in feeling a bit overwhelmed about setting up my account, but the representative who assisted me was patient and explained everything clearly. I particularly enjoy the online banking features; they’re user-friendly and make managing my finances much simpler. The drive-thru ATM is also a great touch, allowing me to deposit checks without stepping inside. However, I do feel that their hours could be more accommodating, especially for those of us who work during typical banking hours. I’ve been banking here for a couple of years, and while I’ve had some positive interactions, there’s definitely room for improvement. The tellers are generally friendly and helpful, which is a plus. However, I’ve had a few instances where the wait time was longer than expected, especially during peak hours. The drive-thru ATM is a lifesaver for quick deposits, but it seems like it could use some maintenance; it occasionally glitches when I’m trying to use it. I also think they could benefit from more staff on duty during busier times to ensure a smoother experience for everyone. Overall, it’s a decent bank but could really shine with a few enhancements in service speed and ATM functionality.
