I cannot express how much I appreciate this bank's customer service! I stopped by for a routine transaction and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was assisted. I’ve been a customer for a few months now and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with my experience. The location is quite accessible, and parking is never an issue, which is a plus. The staff has always been polite and eager to help me with my banking questions. I especially appreciate the drive-thru ATM for quick deposits. However, I think their hours could be improved. I often find myself wishing they were open later in the evening or on weekends. That being said, the positive interactions I've had definitely outweigh the drawbacks. I look forward to continuing my banking with them!
