I recently switched to this bank after some friends recommended it, and I've had a pretty good experience so far. The branch is conveniently located and very clean, which is a plus. I’ve been impressed with the technology they use for account management, making it easy to keep track of my finances. The only downside I’ve noticed is that sometimes the staff seems rushed, especially during busy hours, so it can feel a bit impersonal when you need assistance. As someone who banks frequently, I can say that my experience here has been overwhelmingly positive! The tellers always greet me with a smile, making every visit pleasant. I particularly appreciate their extended Saturday hours, which allow me to run errands without worrying about making it before 5 PM on weekdays. The drive-thru ATM is a lifesaver, especially on those busy mornings when I need to deposit checks quickly. Sometimes, however, the wait time can be a little longer than expected, especially on Saturdays. It would be great to see more staff during those peak hours to keep things moving more smoothly. Nevertheless, I always walk out feeling satisfied with the service. Highly recommended, especially for those who need banking assistance with a personal touch!
