I had a wonderful experience at this bank opening my new checking account! The representative who helped me was incredibly patient, walking me through every detail and making sure I understood the terms. I was pleasantly surprised by the various features that they offer, including a solid mobile banking app that is user-friendly. The only downside was that their Saturday hours are closed. I wish they were open at least half a day on weekends for those of us who work traditional hours.
