I recently switched my banking to this establishment, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The customer service is top-notch! I went in to open a savings account, and the representative walked me through every step while answering my many questions. They also have an excellent online banking platform that is user-friendly and makes managing my finances so much easier. One thing I would suggest is possibly extending the hours, especially on Fridays, as I often find myself needing to handle my banking after work. Despite this, the overall experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I feel confident and secure with my decision, and I appreciate the kind people who work here. Highly recommended!
